Can't progress my atlas map passives

My progression seems to be stuck after 2.0g, I can't get it to give me credit for cleansing a T6+ nexus. I also didn't get any of the retroactive Atlas points we were supposed to get. I can still respec the points I do have, and I get ritual/boss/expedition points, but my Atlas hasn't moved since the patch.

I have the same issue. I stuck at lvl 13+. I run several maps with the Nexus-Symbol and used a map-stone with more than four modificators. But even after cleaning the whole map, including the mapboss i can't progress anymore.
