Can't get more Atlas points

I seem to be stuck with 36 of 40 Atlas points. I no longer get the 15+ on Corrupted Nexus message and when I do beat a corrupted Nexus on 15+, I don't earn Atlas points. I can't seem to get last 4 points. Has anyone experienced this? Am I just missing some step?
