Stuck loading screen into Chimeral Wetlands within DOH

I cannot play as my character in DOH currently. when trying to select and play as a character, it brings up the chimeral Wetlands loading screen and is stuck loading.

I have tried multiple times to access and have not had a successful attempt starting where I left off with my Dawn of the Hunt character.

I do have access to my previous character before the dawn of the hunt update.
