Omen of Secret Compartments Broken?

I used an omen of secret compartments, I opened the unique strongbox which spawned the beetle, I killed the beetle, it did not replace the beetle to be opened again. It appears on the minimap still to say the strongbox is there.



TL;DR Opened box with omen, it didn't respawn to open again.
