Where is the balance?

Maybe that's the way it's meant to be, but I have a question. Why are there hundreds of weapons, dozens of classes and skills in the game, while 80% of the players run across the maps with a thunder spear and destroy all life on the screen with the touch of a button?

They're working on the balance now. That's what EA is for. They were very clear about that:



If you aren't going to enjoy the game until balancing is complete then just don't play during EA. The game is not going to be balanced until EA is finished.

That said, it's absolutely not 80% of players. It might be 80% of streamers or 80% of the YouTube videos you've watched, but it's not 80% of all players I promise.

Indeed the Spear is the best weapon right now and maybe Devs left it so to force people try this class in League.

After League it needs a little nerf couse now everyone plays this class. With one click clear its easier and reminds the good (before patch 2.0) days....

I don't watch streamers. But sometimes I play at random. And yes, what I see there is about 80% of the players using a spear.

I just can't understand why you would fix some unbalanced things and then come up with other unbalanced things and put them into play. What is the logic?

Can you tell me what you're worried about? Play whatever you want. Yes, it's true. But, as I wrote above, sometimes I play in teams, and the whole interest of the game ends when the "spear" comes to the game. After that, the whole gameplay is that the spear runs forward, presses its one button, and blows up absolutely any mobs with a single blow.

Maybe someone likes it, but then why are there other mechanics in the game? Remove everything, leave one spear in the game, and nothing will change. It seems to me that the developers, to some extent, went along with the whiners who raised the cry that the game was too complicated. I passed the company without any problems on a mercenary, even before the monsters were weakened. And I was curious. I can't say that I'm interested right now, especially when it comes to playing in teams. There is no variety. There is no synergy of classes and skills. There are no interesting partners. Everyone runs with a single skill, simply because it is many times stronger than everything else.

The intellectual dishonesty is what really makes me shaking my head.

GGG argued they nerfed "0.1.0 uber builds" into non-existence (e.g. Spark) because "people should still be powerful, but with a lot more effort required to become so."

In 0.2.0, I invested like 5% of the divs required for my Spark build in 0.1.0, and yet I do three times the damage in 0.2.0 with a different build. And this is not according to a gut feeling, its based on PoB calculations.

You see me defending the game for the same reason you see the same half dozen people slagging it off constantly - because there are far fewer people active on these forums than you realize which is why I keep telling you guys that your ideas don't represent the entire player community in quite the way you think they do.

"GETTING EPIC LOOT"... excuse me, that's what the game is supposed to be about ? for real ? Getting epic loot ? not hoarding currency so you can buy your gears from bots ?

Balance stopped playing until 0.3

For real balance changes shoudl have been part of the recent Patches. Revert Hexblast to the old for example.

Oh, I understand now. Thats why the player number 35k now WITH BOTS. From more than 900k. Because everybody love the vision, enjoy the game really. Everybody play other games only because they wanna see, how bad all other games in the world right ?
