Social Panel opens on "Create Party" tab (Maybe triggered by joining guild?)

Starting some time yesterday evening (US Eastern Time), my social panel began opening on "Create Party" instead of "Friends". I did notice that it was happening after I joined a guild, so not sure if it might have been caused by that, or just coincidental timing.

I recognize this seems pretty low severity in the scheme of things, but it's very impactful to my play because I often pop the social panel up to see who's on while I'm running around in maps, and having to click a UI tab in the panel to see makes it more dangerous and disruptive to do so, and I like(d) to do it quite frequently.
