Omen of amelioration?? ( does not work!!)

This item is completely broken, and it cost me ALL my experience.
I tested Omen of Amelioration 10 times, and every single time, it failed. I lost all my EXP — nothing was saved. At first, I thought it was just me, but then I had a friend test it too, and the exact same thing happened to them. So this is not some isolated bug — the item straight up does NOT work.

I’m seriously frustrated. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Has anyone else been burned by this? I can't believe something this game-breaking is still in the game.

Afaik it can only proc once per area but it's been working well for me. You have to right-click it to activate it

Happened to me too yesterday. I am really pissed.

For the omens that activate when your character reaches X threshold, you can only have one of them active at a time for them to proc. For example, if you have an omen of amelioration, and an omen of refreshment active simultaneously, neither of them will proc. Also, you have to make sure that the omen is selected in your inventory (same as the other omens). You will know it is active if there is a red box highlighting the omen.


Also, omen of amelioration gives you a chat notification when it happens so be on the look-out for that for confirmation.

Its seem like my way of explaining was not at full. So here's I activated it and got notice at the chat that bit is aktiv. And I tested it in different map too. I tested it with others omen as well. It still didn't work.

Well it work with delirium map. Don't know why. I think it a bug!
