Crash instance Copper Citadel

Hi,
Just killed Copper Citadel boss.
Opened a portal during boss death animation.
Clicked the NPC in arena.
When the loot dropped (including a unique Shrine Sceptre) the instance crashed.
When I logged in I was teleported to hideout with no open portals and Citadel "failed".

@GGG : Can you recover the citadel and the loot for me?

Additional note: when I logged back in the game loaded Copper Citadel firstly.
Then without loading in arena game switched loading to my hideout.
