Can you please check the damage on the Monsters who pop out of the Mirrors

Please look into the damage that the monsters do when you touch a mirror. They are constantly just one shotting me.

I have 81 percent Armor, 4,979 HP, 78 fire and the rest are 75.

There's no reason this should be happening, something feels off.

I'll tank a whole dungeon but if I accidentally touch a mirror and I'm not prepared for it, I just die instantly and it doesn't make sense

I'm not sure if this occurs in a regular delirium map, because all of my maps are Instilled with 3 Guilts.

I never use maps with extra damage.

Touching a mirror in a delirium map is instant death, please look into it. Thank you

Just noting in case you didn't realize, adding distilled emotions to a map adds additional delirium to the player which significantly increases the damage monsters deal and reduces the amount of damage they take. Activating a mirror further increases this number ramping up the damage that monsters deal to you while it is active. The exact damage ratios relative to deliriousness level is not known but adding distilled emotions to your map will generally make the map much more deadly than increased monster damage or extra monster damage waystone suffixes.

If your build isn't built to survive high levels of delirium such as in the Simulacrum, it will also struggle to survive distilled maps with mirrors in them for the same reasons. Until the recent bugfix it wasn't possible for mirrors to spawn at all in distilled maps so it is a fairly new combination to be prepared for.
Sigh.... It would have been better for u to just say nothing...

I have over 2000 hours, I know how to play this game and it's mechanics.

I've beaten Simulacrum.

I can tell u with certainty, that a 24% delirium isn't a reason for mobs to come out of a mirror with the amount of damage they do... It ain't right, it ain't working right

Playing the game does not inherently mean you understand every facet of it, as just like everyone else you are a fallible human being. Something "feeling off" does not necessitate that it is broken.

If your only sources of survivability are the armour, life, and resistances you described, that simply is not going to be enough to survive the aggressive damage from the monsters spawned by a fractured mirror in a 27% delirious map.

I've been trying to find if something is going wrong as you stated. I have been sitting here trying to recreate exactly what you described, running waystones distilled with 3x Distilled Guilt for 27% delirious modifier and no increased monster damage suffixes. I've tested it out on level 79, 80, and 81 maps, and the monsters hit very hard, but they do not hit harder than expected for both the area level and delirious level. The behaviour remains the same regardless of any other factor I have tried including use of the Clear Skies unique tablet or swapping around any delirium atlas points, with the obvious exception of the "Isn't it tempting?" node which explicitly increases the damage of manifested delirious monsters including the ones spawned by fracturing mirrors.

Delirium damage scaling being far too aggressive in PoE2 is an extremely common complaint but everything you have described seems to be functioning exactly as expected. If you want to aggressively distill maps and be able to walk on fracturing mirrors without getting obliterated, you will need to actively avoid their attacks or find far more damage reduction than what you have described. Stacking armour and life alone simply are not enough to allow you to facetank hoards of delirious monsters like that.

If there is any other factor you think may be contributing that you forgot to mention I am happy to test that out for you too, as helping you understand why something is feeling frustrating is always going to be a better outcome than "saying nothing."
