Omen of Amelioration is not working sometimes

Dear GGG!
Today,I just noticed the Omen of Amelioration is not working despite the fact that I use it in my inventory. I just suddenly died and the omen is "on" and I got the 10% xp penalty. Please do something with it asap. its very annoying. Last bumped on May 7, 2025, 4:00:57 AM

The omen seems to be working fine, the only issue I found is that if you do pinnacle bosses, let's say Xesht and if you die with it activated you loose the omen, despite not loosing any XP by game design on those fights...
So if you do pinnacle activities disable the omen first and enable it when you go back to normal content. |
