Bugged stats not displaying properly on xbox

I have been seriously frustrated getting one shotted a lot, I think i figured out a big part of my frustration just now. my character stats are not correct i just took out a cold rune replaced it with a chaos rune, both my cold resist and lightning resist dropped to 60 something. Then i added a cold rune back in both went back up to well over 75 just by putting a cold rune in. So even when i think my res are maxed by my character stats. They really are not stats are bugged on xbox!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
