Bug report reference 2 440 329 100 - Skill gem not detected

Im doing a Tactitian with crossbow.
Decided to add a crossbow for dmg and a 2nd crossbow with high elemental damage and chance to shock.
Im using galvanic shards and shockburst rounds.
As soon as i added the 2nd crossbow the game stopped to detect the shockburst rounds and ive checked all and nothing is turned off.
Ive restarted the game and the problem persists.
Ive removed the 2nd crossbow and the game dont detect the shockburst rounds skill gem.

Same issue with me. I went to rework my entire passive tree and gems and now it's super bugged out.

It looks like it's tied to all level 19 Galvanic shards for me. My character is completely bricked atm.

I added the skill to the middle mouse button and now works.
This is no solution, but until the problem is solved, its working.
