A slap in the face

Now let me insert some additional text…

“If you’re playing the mindless one-button screen deleting spec flavor of the season”.

Why do wisps disappear after all the rates are dead, but the boss isn’t? It’s a slap in the face to people that don’t give in to the rediculus metas. The way it’s designed you have to be able to delete at least a half screen ahead of the wisp at all times, which includes rares, or you can’t get your wisp to the boss.

Since when? Where? I haven't seen this on any Waystone, affix, modifier, or in any patch notes.

Do you mean "Map Bosses are now hunted my Azmerian Wisps"? Because that's not what this modifier does. Instead this makes it so Map Bosses will already be possessed by a random wisp when you fight them. All bosses will have a wisp. You don't have to lead a wisp to the boss (and in fact I don't think you can).

I thought the same thing you did but after playing a map or two the actual meaning became clear.
