STUN-LIKE EFFECT BUG?

Hi GGG,

I've encountered a strange issue and I'm hoping someone can help.

After casting Lightning Spear, I periodically experience a stun-like effect where I'm unable to use any skills for around 3–5 seconds. However, I can still move during this time, and there's no visible debuff indicating what's causing it.

I'm fairly certain this isn't a stun, as my stun charm effect doesn't trigger during these moments—though it does trigger normally when the stun condition is met.

If this is a bug, please consider this message as a report.
