Atlas Points quest after patch .2g

I am currently unable to get the full 40 atlas skill points. I was already 10 points in prepatch. After patch, the patch, the quest changed to complete a corrupted nexus every 3 levels. I completed the level 15 corruption, but now I am stuck on 30 of 50 total points. New completions no longer grant additional points.

Good day! The task for the progression of the atlas, to close the foci of corruption is not completed. The task is to close 10+ maps. I have killed the boss of the filth twice on 10 maps and also on one 11 map. The task has not changed and the points of passive skills of the atlas do not drop either.
