Phaaryl Megalith lost all rune/chest loot

TLDR lost all of the empowered rune "chest" lot because I left the map to clear my inventory before opening the runes.

Naming the chests "empowered rune" infers that not opening them ahead of time buffs the bosses, but I could not discern any difference compared to a previous encounter with the map.

If the "runes" do nothing, then the naming is a really poor choice and a potential trap for players.
