Horrible customer service - (please read this Jonathan Rogers)
Hi, it seems like the support behind GGG is almost non existent.
I bought the $30 paladin support pack with the intention to upgrade to the next tier pack at $60 but i am unable as i am not able to see the $60 pack on playstation store or ingame microtransaction shop. Its almost 24 hours since i email to support@grindinggear.com and posted for help on forums. I also did verification via in game to raise a ticket to speed up the process(this is state on website for a faster process) 14 hours passed. Nothing happen. My initial post on forum got moved to the "help and information" section with a GGG staff suggesting to email to support@grindinggear.com in which i reply yes i already did and its more than 12 hours ago. No respond from then on. I am amazed at how GGG treat their customers who are still enjoying the game and want to support it. With the current state of the game is not that fantastic and probably half of the player based stop playing already... there are still some including me who still plays and with good intention of spending money on it but this is the kind of customer service GGG provides ? Dear Jonathan Rogers or someone senior in the company i hope you do read forum. Is this rhe vision you have for the company? Last bumped on May 12, 2025, 11:24:52 AM

Adding on, this issue i have seem to be affecting many other console players too. I read a lot post on forums and they had the same problem. Issues like these exist for since launch, even my early access pack upgrade wasnt easy. I had to go through support. So GGG does not even have a proper permanent fix by now ?? This is a joke considering you people advertise and offer these packs yet the procedure to upgrade them is so tedious ?

" Easy issues - the ones that presumptively can be done by first line support clicking on an admin page - are being turned around in a day now. (They were backlogged a few weeks at the worst point.) Anything that needs senior staff (real money problems, account ownership/access issues, chat mutes, and account ban appeals) are all still disastrously behind. Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
