Game crashed and now my character is completely softlocked even after restarting the game

My game crashed during a Trial of Chaos and now it gives me an infinite loading screen whenever I try to load into the character. I can load into any other character just fine, and I can hear notifications inside of the loading screen as if I was in the game but the loading screen is just blocking it. I've tried restarting the game, changing ingame server, restarting my console, and deleting local cache and nothing has worked.

Edit: Logging out and waiting about 20 minutes fixed my character and spawned me back in my hideout

I was going to suggest waiting 15 minutes. i think after that the instance will reset and boot you out.
