5 months and still no solution

Still need an email change and im still ghosted by ggg. Even made a ticket with the new "system" that asks for a code (Which only you can get in PoE2, cause fuck poe1 right?) and im still waiting to answer to that ticket. Are there still a gazillion requests coming in? cause dawn of the hunt released quite a bit ago and poe1 is still receiving the bare minimum.
