Application to Lift Ban on Speaking

I am a new player who only started playing Path of Exile 2 in April 2025. Since I just converted my summoner into a blood mage, I need some level 20 skill gems and perfect artisan stones. Because I want to save some money to update other gear, I shouted in the global chat that I’m buying level 20 skill gems for 120 exalted orbs. Then I got muted. As a new player, I’m not quite sure why I was muted. Could you tell me the reason and help me get unmuted here? Thank you.my id“小胖的春天”

If you want to trade, use Trade chat channels.

Global is for non-trade-related messages, and players who don’t want to see trade messages often hide Trade chat but keep Global chat enabled. These other players will have reported you, as using non-Trade channels for trade-related messages is considered spam.
