fucking god with this
For 3 years, I have been unable to access my POE 1 account.
The story is so bizarre, and it only shows how GGG treats users like trash. The way you treat a person who has been using your product since 2016 is so humiliating and despicable. I used to live in another state, I moved 3 years ago, and to my surprise, Microsoft blocked my Hotmail, where my POE account is registered, so when it comes time to request authentication, I can't enter the code. I contacted support several times and explained the situation. They asked me for the POE1 purchase codes, so I explained again that I don't have access to this information, since they are also in my blocked Hotmail, and all I asked for was to change my registered email. I haven't played or used my account for 3 years, because you don't have an ounce of respect. 4 weeks ago was the last time I contacted support, and to this day they have not responded. See this from their perspective then you might understand.
Some random guy gives them an account name and asks for the contact email to change? If they actually gave you info I would have been upset. If this was allowed 50% of accounts would get hacked in the first week. Step 1: Get your MS account back.... |

You do understand that if they were to do that, you, I and everyone else could also get access to your account by just asking GGG support right? LMAO

Fishy post.......they would have asked you already to provide the purchase details you made in order to verify you are indeed the "owner" of your purchases. Problem solved. No need for any email.
You provide the purchase information: they connect it to their confirmation email sent to the address you no longer have access to. Verified. Starting anew....with PoE 2 Last edited by cowmoo275#3095 on May 15, 2025, 11:26:25 AM

" What if he lost access to his banking account too :O lmao |

" haha well.....he would have much bigger problems than posting on a video game forum at that point. I mean, it is sorta possible that even GGG didn't even think to ask him this considering how their service has been the last few years. It's almost ALWAYS the very first step in verification of anything if the email account gets lost. Starting anew....with PoE 2
