Suddenly unable to attack at all, even in hideout. Character Bricked?

Hi all.

I don't know what going on. I was playing with my spec and redoing some gems / skills, and now I cannot attack at all. All my skills except normal spear throw are shadowed out, and when I go to use them it just makes a little sound like a drum hit or something? I put my spec back to before and I still cannot attack at all. Any ideas? There is no indication of why I cannot attack on any of my skills, they are just shadowed out. It's not stat requirement, i have 350+ of every stat. I am not weapon swapped, same thing happens when I swap weapons. I tried taking out all my support gems and that didnt work either.

I'm basically bricked.

Figured it out -- you can't use CI with Tangletoung.
