Not getting ascendancy points from Trial of Chaos 10 lvl 78

The coin literally said it would give ascendancy points and it was never run on This character. I beat the trial and.. interacted with the statue. Nothing no points nada.

I did the 10 trials of chaos in all its randomized insanity and got none of my points. I interacted with the shrine over and over. I went to some door on the lower right east and it auto put in door pieces. But not enkugh to open. Is my ascendancy points behind that door? Will my pieces disappear now that ive left them in the door? The quest says trial was completed. I talked to trial master, picked up yellow trash, interacted with statue. Nothing no points increase. For.the record i only have 6 ascendancy points on this character 2 from trials original campaign. 2 from sekhemas original campaign. 2 from three floors sekhema coin drop.

The Trialmaster beyond the door must be defeated to get the 7th and 8th points.
