Unique stashtab deleting items

The charm section seems to be deleting any charm I have put in and now only the charms from last patch are in there

You're probably running into the same thing that happens in PoE 1.

The recent 0.2.0h patch made the Flask Stash Tab able to store Charms, which implies that Charms will also follow the Flask stash affinity. In PoE 1, unique Flasks will go to the tab with Flask affinity when Ctrl+Clicked, rather than the tab with Unique affinity.

Check your tab with Flask affinity for your charms.
To store them in your Unique Stash Tab, navigate to it and Shift+Ctrl+Click to transfer them to your stash while ignoring affinity.
