Game stutter and ping spoke after 15-20 min of playing

On any EU server, no matter if I play or just afk for 10-20 mins, the game starts to stutter and the ms go crazy. The cpu or gpu ms go crazy as well. From 20 ms to 500-1000 and then back down.
This happened after the newest patch 0.2h
The game is unplayable.
Tried every setting ingame, or with AMD panel or nvidia panel, nothing works. I’ll just wait for another patch to be able to play the game again because now it’s unbearable to play for 10 mins close the game and go back in.
