Account is frozen on loading screen, Admin please port me to Clearfell!!

Please help! My username is Wxbber, I’m on Xbox. I was doing Act 1 cruel last night and I teleported out to speak to Letis in Clearfell to get the quest to update. I teleported back to The Manor Ramparts and got stuck in a frozen loading screen.

I have waited hours on The Manor Ramparts loading screen, tried countless times to reset my console and quit the application, restart it and reload and it does the same thing. Please help. If you could port my account to Clearfell so it stops trying to load into the frozen instance I think that will fix it. I don’t want to lose my account, I’ve put so many hours in already.

Solved. I fixed it by creating a new character, linking a second controller, and logging onto the bugged character with the new controller
