Voltaxic Rift Lightning Conversion Bugged?

I'm not sure if this is a bug with regards to the 100% lightning damage converted to chaos damage? I'm not understanding how my DPS shows lightning damage still when I've got the bow equipped.

Conversion from items/passives occurs in the same step as "% of Damage gained as" modifiers. There is no order to which goes first, because their outcomes do not affect each other.

Your Lightning Arrow skill is socketed with Lightning Infusion support, causing it to gain 25% of damage as Lightning damage. That Lightning damage is gained at the same as (and is unaffected by) the conversion from Voltaxic Rift.
