Visual artifacts in hideout when NOT upscaling

I recently got a 5090 and 4k monitor and noticed in my obnoxious hideout that there are horrible black squares all over unless I use upscaling.

- I have the latest drivers
- I tried all renderers and settings, the only thing that helps this is upscaling
- My nvidia/pc settings are pretty standard
- I'm on windows 11 home, I have an i9 285k
- I spent a bunch of money on stupid hideout effects and stupider GPUs so I'd like if this worked

I wanted to bump this with that context that other players also experience a lot of flickering in my hideout this patch and they hadn't previously. I thought it was a hardware issue but it might be associated with a change made some time after the first couple weeks of settlers league when it last looked "normal"

I'm getting this now too... Seems to be when just logging in and there looks to be sudden visual artifacts that flicker quickly. Quite annoying and never had this issue before.

Edit: Switched from DX12 to DX11 and the visual glitches are gone.
