Trials of Chaos Infinite load on Xbox

Probably 2/3 time I or my husband who plays on Xbox the game does not load the zone. This is very common when teleporting to town and trying to re-enter. Restarting the game or clearing the cache does not fix this issue. Couch coop fixes the issue intermittently, however often this tends to close the instance once you have logged the other character out. Logging onto PC to unfreeze the zone works, but then logging back onto the Xbox I am met with the same “Cogs of doom”. It’s very frustrating when a 20-30 encounter takes an hour because of trying multiple ways to get the load to work :(

Please help this is ruining the game experience on Xbox.
