Twitch Drops

Should I even bother with the Twitch drops this time around? I still haven't been able to use the last 4 drops even though my account says I've received them. I have emailed support about this and supplied screen shots and descriptions of the issue with no resolution. Here's hoping 3.26 is a good one and the Twitch drops actually drop this time. I've tried all the tricks that folks have recommended as well.
