Half a year ago, I spoke with support team. I contacted them about transferring MTX after the account system update. We agreed that I would send them the data from my sub-accounts, and they would transfer my MTX from one sub-account to another. I sent them everything they asked for, but then they stopped responding to my messages. I've been waiting for a response for over six months. During this time, I've managed to play two leagues in PoE 2 and two resets of Settlers.
