Lost all POE2 characters

Hello,


After adding my email in the "Manage my account" tab, I was prompted a pop-up window asking me to synchronise another account associated to the same email address. Sadly, after this operation was successful, I logged in on my PS5 console to play the PO2 Early access game a little bit but THERE ARE NO MORE CHARACTERS!!! The game asks me to start a while new game since day 1. I wonder, Have I lost all my loot and all that time invested? No oooooo!!! Please help!
