My account got deleted by the support team just because I request to merge my subaccounts

My account has two sub-accounts, I sent a mail to request to close one of my sub-accounts so I can rebind my twitch drops which accidentally bound to another sub-account.

This morning I received a mail says they have operated(after 21 days), when I try log in, I found my account is entirely locked!! All my poe1 and poe2 characters are not available anymore! It is so ridiculous the support team can't even read my request!

What can I do now? Please help me to get my account back, it's sooo important for me. Thank you
