Any stuff works on PoE1's support team?

My MTX transfer request was approved on 24th November, 2024, but I have not received any follow-up emails since then. They are also ignoring me flawlessly, they didn't reply to any of my emails, not even once. I genuinely think they are mocking their customers, and even if they took action after that point, I would try to damage their reputation on any social platform I use. Fingers crossed.

Yes, taking no action other than auto-bot replies is all you can do apparently. I wonder which queue I am in to ensure that I am not the one to receive these requests for 6 months?
