Do Tracking Scrolls go on sale?

The Tracking Scroll of Hunting, of Headhunting, of Bounty, and of Treasures - do these items go on sale? I haven't seen them go on sale so far so wasn't sure if that was cuz they were also new (like why the new tabs aren't on sale) or if they just never go on sale in which case I don't need to wait and can just buy them now?

Dont know, if they go ever on sale. But QoL features should never be for sale. They should be free to play. And you pay a lot of money, if you buy every QoL Feature. And i dont talk about the stash tabs (they are also QoL, but for stashes i say okay, to sell it). But the rings etc are a completly no go. Because they show you really useful things and they hide it behind a paywall. That smells like a Tencent and not a GGG move.

What re these scrolls? What are you even talking about?
