Game freeze on alt+tab

The game completely freezes when I am in fullscreen and I alt+tab or switch tabs and then come back to the poe1 tab. After staying freezed for a few seconds, the game just closes automatically. This has been happening for months since about the 3.25 launch, I just logged in today and the issue still isn't solved.
