Unable to Load Characters

Hello Path of Exile Support Team,



My partner and I have been unable to play the game with our main characters for the past three days.

I am able to launch the game and reach the character selection screen. However, after selecting our characters and clicking “Play,” the game remains stuck on the loading screen and never finishes loading.


We have already tried the following steps:

Cleared all game caches
Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
Restarted our computers and routers
None of these solutions have worked.



Interestingly, when we create new characters, the game loads and works perfectly. This leads us to believe the issue may be with our specific characters.
Could you please look into this for us? Let us know if you need any additional information.
