Cant Summon Companion even if I reserved Spirit

After making the companion have 5 slot, I equipped the runes i desired and it was all good however i just deactivated to check the rhoa mount gems to compare, once tested i deactivated the rhoa mount and now I am not able to summon neither tame beast or the rhoa mount.

I would like to indicate I was able to disable one or the other to have at least one companion, now I am not able to have either one, even though i have reserved spirit, quadruple checked to see if any runes are making it impossible to summon or taking up any spirit. It is not.

For a work around I thought what the heck let me go find another tame beast which i had caught which has 36.5 reservation for spirit, when trying to summon ; it was not able to summon.

Please need help as this makes the build unplayable since I use the tame beast to move forward in mapping and game.
