CPU Lag from world chat and trade chat

Hello my cpu was lagged very long time i try all what i saw at internet and finally saw the reason that is world chat and trade chat i even was disabled them but somehow they still work on background so just right click on them and join some random world server 372 or some random number for trade channel the same hope that i help to someone with my problem ;]

Frame input usually around 8-10ms then every time something hits in chat (even local canned my character said something) it spikes to 200+ for a second so game lags and shudders. Been doing this for quite a while, through reboots and everything. Relativly new in past couple weeks doing it..
