Bad performance in amd computer

i dont know why i have frame drop issue, i have less than 30% of cpu and gpu usage and less than 70c of cpu and gpu temperature, it happen with a few hours of gameplay and sometime just a few minutes, is kinda playable but is kinda annoying too.

My computer is:
-window 10
-AMD ryzen 5 5600g
-RX 5700 XT

All settings in low.
