No changes to scion ascendancy since the rework in next league? please clarify

I wanted to know if there are any changes happening to scion since you are reworking multiple ascendancies, i didn't see anything in patch notes so i'm surprised, because i thought that perhaps you would either add the reservation efficiency for scion's guardian or the fortify share for scion from gladiator, if you could clarify in a response i would apreciate it.

I was hoping to at least see a fix to the deadeye gain frenzy charge every 3s while moving since it's practically not working.

I wonder if there is a bug report about this otherwise it wont get fixed. I once tried it and was irritated that it seems to never trigger.
