Disconnects and losing maps, keys

Disconnecting and rollbacks are still happening. Can be running a map and boom disconnected, waystone or key (lost a sim key yesterday to this) is gone and all loot from the instance is gone.

Ate two citadel maps today so now have two citadel that say Failed without ever dying. I'm around 50% chance to get kick map Failed and waystones lost. Figured it would of been hot fixed after 24hrs but tier must have their hands full with another game that people didn't pay to test...
