The character doesn't move after opening a rare strongbox

Once again, after opening a rare strongbox, the character cannot move. I can use flasks, but I cannot move or use skills. After dying, the character remains stuck at the respawn point until I restart the game. This issue has been ongoing for a long time—why haven't you fixed it?
