Never ending loading screen loop, character is stuck. please help

Since I've completed the campaign and been mapping form my hideout. Seems that my character on dawn of the hunt stays in a never ending loading screen when i change new zones from my hideout waypoint. The trial of chaos is a good example, if I quick load I'm stuck in the loading screen and cannot access my character anymore. I've made level 1 characters on the dawn of the hunt league just to check if I can still load the game and it loads up at the riverbank no problem. Upon relogging back to my other character that's now located at the trial of chaos and not my hideout, after trying to teleport from my waypoint. It will just give me a continuous loading screen and wont load into the zone. Hours later I try to login again and still stuck on the trial of chaos loading screen.

What kind of bug is this, I had to give up playing last night and wait for today. Only to be stuck in the loading screen again and unable to access my main character but I'm able to load into the riverbank on level 1 characters on Dawn of the hunt league but my main is just stuck in a loop......
