character cross-prpgression for upcoming league

I wont have my pc till sunday but i dont want to miss leaguestart.Can i play on a ps5 with linked steam/sony acc and then on sunday continue my char on pc steam?I know i wont have myx and stashtabs till i play on pc but does my char prog save?and if it does will it be on pc servers once i log in through there?
