Guardian Elemental Relic Hatred Aura using Old/Incorrect Values

Hatred got changed in 3.25 to no longer causes you and nearby allies to deal more Cold Damage. You and nearby allies now gain 30% of Physical Damage as Extra Cold Damage at gem level 1 (previously 16%), scaling up to 39% at gem level 20 (previously 25%).

But the Elemental Relic which the Guardian can summon still uses the old %phys as extra cold values (29% at maximum) but lost the more cold value.

How are you confirming the values of Hatred provided by the relics? What level is your character with the relics? Are you basing this off the wiki or in-game stats?

Screenshots and a bug report number can go a long way.
