The Coming Calamity crashing game

I have been trying for a few days now to get this unique to work. Every time I wear this unique body armor it will provide me the 3 Heralds. In my skills list there is nothing shown in the tooltip area and if I try to expand it my game crashes. It will also cause my game to crash any time I try to add a support gem.

I have tried changing my character to meet the stat requirements for all 3 heralds, individually, 2/3 and all three at once. (Game still crashes)

I have tried running with using no supports and when I change area the armor vanishes and does not come back till I log out and back in.

My first guess is something related to the chest providing 3 skills and if you have 8 or more skills already equipped, it causes an issue. If so, try removing some skills and see if that does anything. If not, then the chest just needs a full do-over as it has been the cause of dozens, if not hundreds, of bug reports.
