Adonia's Ego's Pinnacle of Power on hotbar is replaced with power siphon when teleporting

Incredibly frustrating bug for such a cool and thematic weapon.
How to reproduce:
- Equip Adonia's in Weapon1
- Set up skill hotkeys for Pinnacle of power
- Go to a different zone or area -> I can reliable reproduce it by using a waypoint between trials of sekhema and hideout. Observed same behavior when entering/exiting trial of sekhema only it seems less consistent, with not all hotkeys for Pinnacle of Power being replaced.
- The skill hotkeys for Pinnacle of Power are replaced with Power Siphon

Anybody else having similar issues?

I posted a similar issue. You can't even use Adonia in your offhand (similar to chiming staff). It is a very bugged item.

I added power siphon to one of my slots in the action bar, and then it stopped glitching and disappearing for me.

Same bug here, I have to set the shortcut each time I travel from map or anywhere... It's boaring.. it happened after a bug occured related to set I and II, i'm using only one set. Share set or not didn't solve the bug..

Same bug here. I did not find any workaround.

it worked for me.
put power siphon into secondary skill bar like CTRL+Q,E, etc... and then put pinnacle of power into your main skill bar.

Yeah but still its not being "pressable".
Even if you can now see the skill, its not auto changing the weapon set.
I dont know how i got this but its this way for me...
