Microtransaction transfer

hello
i been playing poe 1 on ps4 for few years but due chnges in my life i have to transfer my self to pc to be able still enjoy this awesome game. unfortunatly ps4 accont is create on old email and i dont have acces to it (i can play on ps i just cant change emil on it ) si i wannet ask if there is any posibility to transfer microtransaction and maybe characters (items) to my new accont on pc.
