Unable to use skills due to "not enough mana", cost is 371 and i have 1008 mana. will not let me use any skills. (4.140.917.414 B. Report#)

Update: Restart did not fix, respec did not fix, character is now bricked.

Game files re-verified through steam and system restarted. Issue still persists, and is affecting multiple characters. |

Further update... Issue seems to be affecting all characters. Re-installed base game files, no fix.

Day after bump/update. No change, characters account wide affected. My ranger alt can use freezing arrow but not plague, even though both have a mana cost.

Bump reply after the weekend. Completely uninstalled game, and redownloaded, re speced characters in full. League is now bricked for me. Please GGG Help!

This is likely a build issue and not a bug. post a pob or poe2.ninja and you might get a bit more help.

Here is your PoB import (maxroll) per request, and the build was literally working one night and stopped mid changing maps. i.e. nothing in my build changed to directly cause the issue. Hope this helps.
